I’m a credentialed life coach and Reiki master living in Milford. I have the great fortune of doing work I love after spending over three decades searching for it. I grew up in Orange, and love CT, except in winter. I’m an avid golfer, nature and animal lover. I also enjoy a good book, shopping in a quaint town, hiking, and mahjongg.
About Lynda Mettler
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I have a loving and supportive husband, brilliant stepdaughter who I admire deeply, sisters who are as important as my left and right arms, and extended family that I love spending time with.
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I launched Your Wisdom Coaching in ’19, and have since been doing the work of my soul. I combine powerful methods that generate deep self-discoveries leading to joy, calm, and lasting change.
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Two things: First, you have everything inside of you to live a joyful life. Second, please stop reducing each other with labels – we’re all much deeper than that and deserve to be seen.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Coaching and golfing, both here and if I’m lucky, somewhere warm in winter.
Lynda Mettler & Our Community

Lived here most of my life, and worked here since ’19.

Hard to say who’s the most interesting, but I’d put Jennifer Paradis – the guardian angel of Beth El Center – as my hero

Barak Obama at Founders House
For Fun

Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
I used to dream of being a dancer.
Q: What would you rate a 10 out of 10?
A good golf game, coaching, winter vacations in warm climates, springtime, and spending time with family and friends (not necessarily in that order).

My husband
Q: Finally, what 3 words or phrases come to mind when you think of the word HOME?
Long Island Sound, comfort, love
