I am Stuart King. I currently reside in Stratford with my wife and two children. Originally from Orange where I grew up. Graduated from Amity in 2005 and then attended Susquehanna University where I met my beautiful wife Kelly! I graduated in 2009 with a BA in History and a minor in Public Relations. For the past 10 years I have worked as a buyer in aftermarket spares at Sikorsky buying helicopter parts for various aircraft types. For the past 4 years I have been serving as the co-chair for the Orange Strawberry Festival put on by the Orange Congregational Church.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
Both sides of my family were a part of the founders of Hartford, CT. My dad grew up in CT, moved away and eventually moved back in 1985 to be the Minister at the Orange Congregational Church.
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I am a purchasing analyst for Sikorsky Aircraft. I enjoy the problem solving that comes with procuring complex parts and the intricacies of getting the right people together to solve the problems at hand.
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Always be curious! Without curiosity you might miss an opportunity to meet someone or learn something fascinating!
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Aside from moving up in my career hopefully moving back to Orange.

I grew up and lived in Orange for almost 30 years. I may have moved away but never stay away to long.

Small town feel while being in the middle of suburbia.

Loraine Davis. I have known Loraine a long time, however every time I talk to her I learn something new and unique about her. Would love to meet with her at Chips.

I got everyone to do the wave on an airplane while flying to New Orleans for a missions trip in college.
